Documents for ESTA Visa
The ESTA visa is a multiple-entry visa. ESTA visa validity period is730 days of validity! Wow, isn’t that amazing? But kindly note, if you apply for an ESTA visa, you will only have to use it for tourism or business. Eligible citizens can travel to the USA for tourism or business and stay up to 90 consecutively.

No. But it is advisable to bring a photocopy of the minor’s birth certificate showing both Father and mothers’ full names or guardian’s full names, date of birth, & Nationality. Translate your birth certificate into English.
Medical Documents
Yellow fever is a deadly disease that requires attention. Therefore, travelers arriving in the USA within 6 days of departure from any yellow fever endemic nation must hold (in original) a yellow fever certificate of vaccination. Else they may be subjected to be quarantined for six days upon arrival in the USA.
Passport criterion to apply for an ESTA visa
The applicant’s Passport/Travel document must have a minimum of six (6) months validity. You are not eligible if you hold an Official Passport/Diplomatic Passport/Laissez-passer/ international travel document holders. Not eligible for applicants endorsed on Parent’s passport/Spouse’s Passport. Each individual should have a unique Passport/Travel document.
Separate passport/Travel document for Minors
Each person must have a separate Travel document/Passport.
Ensure that your Children must have a valid Travel document valid at least for the next (06) six months from your arrival date in the USA.
