On August 1, Chad reopened its airports.

All passengers are expected to send a COVID-19 negative test certificate dated no more than 72 hours before arriving in Chad, to surrender their passport, to quarantine at home for 7 days, and to take a COVID-19 test on the seventh day. Upon presentation of the COVID-19 test receipt, passports will be returned.
