  • Document for travel medical insurance in Spain with a minimum coverage of €30,000 or its equivalent in USD, including “Repatriation coverage.” Travel duration must be specified, along with the start and end dates—[Insurance card will not be considered as proof of coverage.].
  • Minor applicants:
    • A notarized authorization letter from either parent/custodian who is not accompanying the child to apply for a visa.
    • Passport photocopy of the parent(s) with their signature, attested in front of a notary public.
    • Birth Certificate (must be translated into English/Spanish if in another language).
    • If you are a student, you must provide a letter from your school or college/F1 and a copy of your student ID.
