Covid-19 Travel Restrictions in Fiji

Fiji has banned all foreign nationals who are not citizens from entering.
The entry of all travelers who nationals or citizens of Fiji are not has been prohibited by Fiji.
Returning residents and people must ask the COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Taskforce (CRMT) for permission to join Fiji. To do so, you must send the following documents by email to
1. Letter addressed to the COVID-19 Chair Risk Reduction Taskforce presenting context information on your application; Copy of the bio-data page of the passport.
2. Proposed itinerary; Assurance that you are able to enter a government-mandated quarantine facility for 14 days; Proof of a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test (for a nasopharyngeal sample taken not more than 72 hours before departure). Copy of the valid work permit or include the Immigration approval letter that was issued for the work permit. The outcome of the test must be in the form of a full report from the laboratory that carried out the test.
To enter the country, all Fijian people and residents of Fiji must download the careFIJI app. For $100, anyone without a smartphone will be allowed to purchase one upon landing at Nadi airport.
