Except for Timor-Leste nationals and citizens, passengers born in Timor-Leste, legal representatives of Timorese minors, and oil rig workers, Timor-Leste has prohibited the entry of all travelers.

All visitors arriving in the country are subject to a fourteen-day quarantine.

Travelers who have symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, and trouble breathing, are prohibited from traveling for a COVID-19 examination and taken to a health facility. Isolation would be subject to positive situations.
