Your USA passport has to be valid for at least six months from the date you plan to leave Trinidad and Tobago. On arrival and departure from Trinidad and Tobago, your passport must have ample unused visa pages to require stamps for entry and exit. What are the Trinidad visa requirements for Non-US Citizens?

The following documents are needed for Trinidad and Tobago visa,

• Passport – Your current passport which is valid and signed. It must not expire within six months and must have at least one blank page for visas. International embassies cannot grant a visa on a page that is not marked as a visa. The alteration and approval pages at the back of the passport cannot be used for issuing a visa. A visa cannot be marked on a document even though the visa document includes only one Small Stamp. If your passport expires within six months, you will need to renew your passport, and we’ll secure your visa with the new one. 
• Photo – 1 Recent passport-type professional photo. Non-passport and digital images are inappropriate. The Government of Trinidad and Tobago have extremely strict visa photo requirements — due to an incorrectly formatted visa photo, do not allow your visa application to be delayed.

1. Verify that the photo shows the entire head from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin
2. Using the frame to focus the head
3. The person in the photograph should have a neutral expression and should face the camera.
4. Photos should be taken within six months.
5. The photo must be 2″x2,” and head height (top of hair to chin bottom) will be 1″ to 1 3/8″ (25 to 35 mm)
6. Make sure the eye height from the bottom of the picture is about 1 1/8 inches and 1 3/8 inches (28 mm-35 mm)

• Evidence of status in the US – This needs a notarized photocopy of the Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94. Travelers who entered the United States after April 26th, 2013, will print-electronic I-94 form the Department of Homeland Security.
• Evidence of departure – Copy your airline tickets for the round trip, or itinerary or e-ticket, or confirmation letter from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the name of the applicant, the date of arrival and departure from the country, and the details about the flight. The Embassy is not suggesting that you buy your ticket before granting a visa.
• Invitation letter or Hotel Reservation – If you are staying in a private home, you must provide your host Invitation letter, and a copy of the ID provided by their government and copy of your reservation is needed if you stay in a hotel.
• Statement by the Bank – Bank statements for the last three months and the name of the applicant must be provided.
• Letter of Employment – Employment letters must be issued within the last three months of the application date and must be on an official letter to the issuing authority company head. Each letter of employment must be signed by the HR staff responsible for creating the letter and must provide their contact details. Full-time students who are not currently working must send a letter of enrollment verification from the school that you are pursuing.
