Process for Passport Appointment in Ekonsulat:
To apply for a passport, we must meet at the Polish Embassy / Consulate in the UK. To do this, go to the embassy website. The whole process really takes a while. But this blog helps you to easily understand the appointment.
To register a Passport appointment via EKonsulat:
- Click the Link: https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/
- Select the United Kingdom and select the facility where you want to apply for the passport.
- In the menu on the left, select “Visit to consulate” and “Passport Matters.”
- A page with the rules for the Passport appointment will appear. It’s really worth reading. Thanks to this, we will prepare well for a visit to the Embassy and Consulate.
- At the bottom of this page, select the number, date, and time of the visit.
- Dates for meetings related to passport matters will be available at 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on working days. If we cannot make an appointment, try the next morning.
- When completing the form, provide the personal data of the person to whom the application is submitted. In the case of children, the details of the child should be provided, not the details of the parents.
- After registration, download and print the appointment confirmation in PDF. This document should be taken with you to the meeting at the Embassy / Consulate. Persons without printed confirmation will not be allowed in the meeting.
